Jessica Jones is without a doubt, my least favorite of the solo outings so far for Marvel's Defenders on Netflix. That being said however, I think it had one of the best villains in the Marvel Universe in the Purple Man. So obviously I'm excited at EW's official announcement that David Tennant will be returning to the role when the series returns next year for season 2. Details are under wraps, & if you've seen the first season (SPOILERS) you know he doesn't have the best day ever when it comes to the last episode. This puts us in a Kingsman type situation. He was the best part so obviously you want to bring him back, but how do you do so post-mortem? I'm expecting a run of flashbacks. There's no telling what else Jessica was made to do while under his powers. No matter how they try to pull this off, it's a welcome addition. What do y'all think of this development?
