It a big dose of "say it ain't so", Chip & Co. reports Siemens Corporation will not be renewing their contract with Disney. Leaving Illuminations &, more important to myself, Spaceship Earth, residing in EPCOT's giant ball, without a corporate sponsor. This would be the first time in in it's existence Spaceship Earth will be without sponsor. This really worries me. The trip through the ages of time is hands down my favorite ride in EPCOT. It's not only a classic, it's educational value is what EPCOT was originally about after the original plans were changed into a theme park. I hit this ride twice every time I attend Epcot, & would be really sad to see it go. What about y'all? Who's experienced this classic, & doesn't want to see it go?
