Ok, I'll admit, I wasn't that pumped to see this film. I'm not the biggest Hobbit or Lord of the Rings fan. I like them a lot, don't get me wrong. It's just when it comes to stories I revisit, they're a little to long winded for my taste. Rewatching, much less reading them, almost feels like a job. Made it hard to think I'd really want to see the story of TOLKIEN. Until now. This film looks absolutely intriguing all the sudden. Seeing the real life parallels get turned I to the epic tales they get turned to, almost interests me more than the actual tales themselves. I love to see how storytellers take real life events & weave them into something purely magical. If this is really what this is, this is the marketing it deserved all along. At this point I'm totally in. Like I said it might be a day later than usual, but I'm definitely seeing this as my first FOX review now. What'd y'all think? Does this peek inside the mind of storytelling genius intrigue y'all as much as myself? Put it in the comments, like, & share.
