Disney's taking another run at the whole "turning a ride into a movie" thing. This time it's the classic attraction Jungle Cruise. Co-Produced & starring the one & only "Rock", Dwayne Johnson. Now, according to THR, Jaume Collet-Serra will direct the action-adventure slated to start shooting spring 2018. Interesting choice. I've been slacking, & haven't seen The Shallows or The Orphan. I do recall being way more fond of the remake of House of Wax than I thought I'd be. As horror movies usually go, I enjoyed that one. That's the interesting part to me though. This guy has a strong horror background. Kinda makes me wonder what tone this thing's going for? This seems like the guy you would go to for a Haunted Mansion movie. I know this news has put The Shallows on the top of my watch list all the sudden. Any thoughts on this? Put 'em in the comments, like, & share.
