I got to see the first episode of Big Hero 6 The Series , but in all honesty that pilot was the only one. Though I really enjoyed it, I missed the others. So I really need to play catch up. However, I do love me some Baymax. So, if they felt these clips were enough for SDCC I had to check em out. First up was Mini Max. This had Scrappy Doo written all over it. They even imply it in description, only to totally, & quite hilariously flip the script. I liked the other two more, even though I saw them out of order. The second is Karmi's Fan Fiction. Apparently, Karmi is a girl that has a crush on "superhero" Hiro, but not so much "normal guy" Hiro. This is her Big Hero 6 fan fiction. There's even a payoff in the next video I didn't get, because I saw it out of order. I dug the "cutesy" animation style of this one though. I'm hoping that makes it's way onto a tee. That, & the subject of the third video in this lineup for that matter. The first look at Baymax's Overdrive Mode! He not only looked awesome, the effects afterwards were totally on point. With these videos powers combined, Big Hero 6 has jumped on the top of my catch up watch list. I've got some watching to do to get ready for these new episodes. What did y'all think? Did y'all dig these as much as I did? Let me know. Put it in the comments, like, & share.
"Big Hero 6: The Series" To Start Off With One Hour Movie, "Baymax Returns"
Looks like we're going to pick up exactly where we left off. Monday, November 20th on Disney Channel & Disney XD, Big Hero 6: The Series kicks off with a one-hour television movie Baymax Returns. It picks up where we left off with Hiro setting off to rebuild Baymax, as well as starting off as a student at San Fransokyo Institute of Technology. The whole teams returns for the movie as well as the series that will follow early 2018. If you want to get an early jump on it though, 2 full length preview episodes will debut exclusively on the DisneyNOW app & Disney XD VOD immediately after the TV movie. Starting the 24th new shorts will begin to roll out, as well as an interactive virtual assistant "Pocket Baymax" on the DisneyNOW app. I can't wait for this movie. I've already been super pumped for this series, as I love Big Hero 6. This though? It's put my anticipation through the roof. When they started showing the previews for this all I could think about was Hiro putting Baymax back together. Now that I know for sure we're going to get just that, November 20th may just be to long to wait. What do y'all think though? Put it in the comments, like, & share.
Disney XD Teases "Big Hero 6: The Series"
Disney XD unveiled some of what's coming soon at San Diego Comic Con. Included was this sneak peak of fall's Big Hero 6: The Series. I was a little put off when I saw the animation earlier this year, as it's not at all what we got in the film. This sneak peak has officially got me excited though. This looks like it's going to be a really good addition to Disney XD's lineup. This sneak peak comes from an episode titled Fred's Bro-Trillion as Hiro & Baymax get trapped in super villain Baron Von Steamer's lair. The whole series will pick up immediately after the events of the Academy Award winning Big Hero 6, continuing the friendship between Hiro & Baymax, his inflatable healthcare companion. Like I said this clip has put this on my must see list for the fall. How about y'all? Will y'all be catching the further adventures of Big Hero 6? Let us know in the comments, like, & share.
