Pixar wanted to give us one more look at Coco with this final trailer, before it's right around the corner release on Thanksgiving day. I will not be seeing this one the night before. I've decided that since the wife has to work Thanksgiving eve, we will all be spending this Turkey Day together as a family with with Coco. This trailer did nothing to change my mind of that. As with everything else, every time I see more of this movie I get more & more excited. Everything about it is beautiful, & if you forgot, it starts with a long short starring everyone's favorite summer snowman, Olaf in Olaf's Frozen Adventure. I'm so excited for this film I'm not only thinking about buying one of those awesome plush flying cat things, I might brake tradition & pick up the soundtrack before this movie even comes out. I fell in love with the music first anyway... Gonna switch this up a little bit, If you're not "signed on" already for this film, why? I'm wanting to know if there's anyone with mixed feelings on this one? What's your hang ups? Put it in the comments, like, & share.
Olaf Is Coming To Macy's Thankgiving Parade!!
I don't know if this is still a thing, but when I was a kid there was one thing a cartoon did to prove it had "made it". A cartoon character's Oscar, or Star on Hollywood was getting a giant balloon in the 91st Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. Ladies & gentlemen Olaf has made it. That's right not only will he star in Coco's opener Olaf's Frozen Adventure later this year, he will also be getting blown up & paraded through New York City Thanksgiving on NBC. Go Olaf! I'm going to tune into the parade now for the first time in awhile, & yes, it's just to see a giant Olaf. So is this a big deal anymore? I mean these balloons have always been the classics. If anyone new deserves that spot it's Olaf. Thoughts? Put it in the comments, like, & share.
Poster For Olaf's Frozen Adventure
I was already pumped for the release of Pixar's upcoming Nov. 22 release Coco when the trailer for Olaf's Frozen Adventure dropped. I didn't think I could get anymore excited for this film until that happened. I love me some Olaf, & this featurette looks great. Now we have this new poster showcasing everyone's favorite singing snowman (Sorry Frosty) sitting atop the reindeer with the most personality (Sorry Rudolph) Sven. Poster's pretty cool. They're in the middle of nowhere showcasing the adventure part of the title. It looks like there's a "breadcrumb" trail of lanterns. Which, why use breadcrumbs when you have lanterns? Don't know if I'd hang this one on my wall, but I'd definitely wear it on a shirt. What do y'all think? Do y'all dig the poster? Does it get you any more excited for this featurette? For that matter, I'm curious does this featurette help peak your interest a little more in going to see Coco? Put it in the comments, like, & share.
Pixar Coco's Opening Cartoon Got A Trailer & You're Gonna Want To See It!
The featurette for Coco has released a trailer. Why is this featurette so important as to get a trailer? Beacause it's Olaf's Frozen Adventure. That's right, everyone's favorite summer lovin snowman is gettin a solo. A short solo, but a solo nonetheless. Featuring four new songs, this will reunite Josh Gad, Kristen Bell, Idina Menzel, & Jonathan Groff from the original. It's to be directed by Kevin Deters and Steve Wermers-Skelton and produced by Roy Conli, with the original songs being by Elyssa Samsel and Kate Anderson. This trailer's really good, with the featurette coming off looking hilarious. It actually made me laugh out loud more than a couple times. Now I'll say something that's going to be really unpopular though. The first time I saw Frozen, I didn't really care for it. It's grown on me a lot since, but even though I didn't care for it, I loved Olaf. He quickly became one if my favorite animated characters. So needless to say, this just gave me another reason to be counting down the days until November 22. Tell us what you thought of this trailer down below, & don't forget to please like & share.
