Disney has been trying to capture the attraction goes movie magic of Pirates of the Caribbean for awhile now. Judging by this official trailer for their newest attempt in the form of Jungle Cruise, they might actually pull that off this time around. Starring guaranteed money, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson & Emily Blunt in an adventure filled Amazon adventure, I loved this trailer's ode to the ride that inspired the film. With The Rock taking the role of a scam of a tour boat Captain not too far from the actual attraction. Emily Blint will hire his boat being the ambitious treasure hunter she us. Depending on where the adventure takes us, this could prove to finally revisit the greatness that Pirates achieved. Loved this first trailer, can’t wait to see more. How about y'all? Can this match the level of greatness of Pirates of the Caribbean? Or will people be scared away ala Haunted Mansion? Put your thoughts in the comments, like, & share.
How Did “Frozen II” Become One Of My Most Anticipated Films Of The Year?
I know I’ve been away for almost a month. I’m working out some things here & there, but I couldn't miss taking some time for this new trailer for Frozen II. I wasn't the biggest fan of the first film. I mean, I loved Olaf, but the film itself didn't hit me the way it seemed to hit everyone else. Over time as the hype died down & I had seen it a few more times it grew on me. I never thought I'd be highly anticipating a sequel though. Then came the first trailer. Elsa taking her role to save the kingdom in almost superhero fashion. This newest look just builds on that with a big shift to the adventure aspect. It basically doubles down on the first look. We get a sense of the plot through a story told to the children by their parents. Of an enchanted forest where something went horribly wrong. Once again seeming to be tied into the elements. Elsa is being drawn by a voice, inspiring this adventure. Once again, epic is the word to use. This looks epic. Turning this Princess tale into something more akin to Willow or Lord of the Rings than your usual Princess fare. Anyway, I can’t wait for this, & the inevitable songs it will bring with it that we won’t be able to forget if we try. What about y'all? Is everyone else on for this like I am? First Official Trailer For Pixar's "Onward"
"Set in a suburban fantasy world, Disney and Pixar’s Onward introduces two teenage elf brothers who embark on an extraordinary quest to discover if there is still a little magic left out there. Pixar Animation Studios’ all-new original feature film is directed by Dan Scanlon and produced by Kori Rae—the team behind Monsters University.” That's the synopsis for the first official trailer for Onward, releasing in theaters on March 6, 2020, & honestly I'm not really feeling this one. Great cast attached, but this doesn't really even feel like a Pixar film to me. It could be great. Judging by just the synopsis & trailer though, it's nothing I'm really excited for. While it looks cute, not only was I not intrigued, it failed in its many attempts to make me laugh. The only thing that really got me was the unicorn gag. I loved that. I just couldn't help but keep thinking this felt like it came out of another studio, like DreamWorks. Hopefully before this comes out I'll see something that gets me excited. What about y'all? I'm curious to see if this did anything for anyone else. Put it in the comments, like, & share.
New Trailer For "Ralph Breaks The Internet" Gave Me Exactly What I Asked For
After all the teasers & trailers we've seen for Ralph Breaks the Internet up to this one, I mentioned that it looked hilarious, I didn't really see the heart from the previous film. This newest trailer delivers on just that. It seems in Penelope's quest for what we know now is a replacement steering wheel, she develops a fondness for the internet life. Much to the contrast of Ralph's feelings on the matter. At least, that's what I'm gathering from what I just watched. Adding the heart I was looking for in previous clips. This wrapped this whole thing up for me in a nice little perfect package. If these trailers are an inkling of where this movie is going? It has potential to be even better than the first. Not only that, it's double/tripling down on the the nostalgia/pop culture thing this time around. Which as an old school gamer was one of my favorite parts about the first. November 21st seems like a long wait, but in all actuality, it's just around the corner. This trailer was everything I needed to go into this one with no worries at all. What's y'all's thoughts on this newest trailer for Ralph Breaks the Internet ? Put it in the comments, like, & share.
