Marvel Studios' “Black Widow” Gets A Teaser

Just around the corner now with a release date of May 2020, Marvel's upcoming Black Widow prequel has released a teaser trailer. The trailer was decent for what it was. It was basically a quick intro to the characters Natasha will meet back up with from her past. Enough to get me a little more intrigued than I was in the first place. Red Guardian seems to be one of the most interesting aspects for me. If they don’t make him a complete joke, he looks like he could be a lot of fun. For me this really hinges on the what & when. I can't pinpoint exactly when this actually takes place. Which will mean a lot, but really takes second place to the what. Because I'm not thinking the actual what of this film, but what it will have to do with the future of the MCU? Much like Captain Marvel, a good prequel has major effects on the now & beyond. I'm wondering what that will be with this? Something here should heavily influence the now & beyond. That's actually my biggest excitement from this film. Good character intro teaser though. Not much on substance, but it’s a teaser. I will say this though, they’re really going t ok have to come out the booth to make this a Marvel film, & not just another spy film. What are y'all's thoughts though? Put ‘em in the comments, like, & share.

Apparently, The MCU Has All Led To This...

This trailer is hilarious! This is set up for Ant-Man & the Wasp tickets going on sale tomorrow, announcing that everything you know & every experience has all led to this. So far, every single time I have any little doubts about this movie they put out a spot I absolutely love. This caught me so off guard. I knew there was going to be a punch line, but that was great. And then it just kept giving the more that came out. Great set up for the desk. I will definitely be grabbing tickets tomorrow. How bout y'all? Put your thoughts in the comments, like, & share.

"Ant-Man & The Wasp" Delivers Some Interesting Character Posters

These character posters just got released for Marvel's upcoming Ant-Man & the Wasp & I immediately noticed a couple things. The first was Wasp's costume. I may just be somewhat colorblind, but this is the first I've noticed her costume is blue. I even went back & rewatched the trailers. It reads way darker in those. Not that I care either way, just couldn't believe how much it popped on the poster. Two more of these posters caught my eye as well, with the rest basically just being standard. One was the inclusion of Lawrence Fishburne. I don't know if that's just because he's Lawrence Fishburne, or if it means that we'll be seeing more Goliath than I initially thought. I've loved Fishburne since he was Larry. So, giving him more screen time is a win for me. Always ready to add more heroes or villains to the Marvel universe as well. The second, & possibly main thing I noticed though, was how pissed off Michelle Pfeiffer looks. She's been trapped in the Quantum Realm for awhile. So I wouldn't expect her to he thrilled, but that's some determined anger on her face. That could mean nothing, but I'm all the sudden not the most trusting when it comes to this reunion. That's just me though. Anyone else have thoughts on these? Or thoughts on my insights? Put em in the comments, like, & share.

Mixed Feelings On The TV Spots For "Ant-Man & The Wasp

The past week has brought us a couple new TV spots for Marvel's upcoming Ant-Man & the Wasp . The first of which I was not into at all. The list joke was okay until the end. Definitely not something I'd use for a trailer, & the "save the world" part seemed to drag on a corny joke. A corny joke that would have been a little improved if cut short, ending at the 2A part. This had me a little worried. I loved the first film & liked the trailers for the sequel up to this point. The funny in this film highly matters though, so it needs to be on point. So when we got this next TV spot over the weekend, the "Wassup?" joke in the beginning kept my concerns going. That joke was dated when Scary Movie 2 used it. Does anybody really remember those guys anymore. They give the right response. Just will anybody get it now? I was put right back on though, with the "I eat people" line. That actually made me laugh out loud. All in all I'm thinking this one is really going to be hit & miss with the jokes. It looks like they're amping up the action this time around though. We'll see if that can balance everything out. For that matter we're just talking trailers. I've seen bad films with good trailers & vice versa. I'm honestly just looking forward to a little getaway from the effects of Infinity War , before we have to get psychologically ready for what comes next. Anyway, mixed feels on the TV spots. Concerns, but nothing to turn me away at all. Or really even get me too worried right now, for that matter. What are y'all's thoughts? Put em in the comments, like, & share.
